- Management of the project logistic team

TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY
Local coordinator for the supply and installation of the production line (BTS) at the ToT partner site

Project Manager in charge of the “Delhi Metro communication system” project (Voice and data network based on PABX technology)
- Dimensioning and sales of the project management services.
- Responsible of the co-ordination, planning of the system design, manufacturing, and installation, and project P&L
- Management of the project team based in Delhi and Bangalore (3 engineers)
