* My Primary responsibility was to train a team of 18 Network Engineers for understanding the issues related with a Technical Support Process. Train them to understand the customer’s scenario and network design by reading their mails, to learn using the internal database and online research techniques and reviewing all the responses sent to the end customers.
* Other responsibilities included monitoring lab simulations, team mentoring, handling internal escalations, Database creation/maintenance and team management.
2002 - 2003* Worked as a Senior Tech Support member with a Team of Microsoft Windows Technical Support and provided telephonic/email support to Microsoft Windows users.
* The job training covered an extensive Voice and accent training, a study of American history and social aspects, exhaustive hands-on training of Windows Operating system and computer hardware.
