Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
Install the different Siemens IP and Non-IP based Switches like HiPath 1100, HiPath 3000, HiPath 4000 and their legacy systems at the client’s site, making Technical presentation & provide technical support for the same. Handle system set-up & maintenance with key emphasis on trouble-free operations.
Install Aethra and Polycom Video and Audio Conferencing Systems, Third Party Embedded Voice Mail Systems from ITS and Amadeus Technologies etc at the client’s site & providing technical support for the same for trouble-free operations.
Install several Siemens make software application for CTI, UMS, PMS, Contact Centre Solutions e.g. HiPath Xpression, HiPath Hospitality Service Center, HiPath ProCentre, DAKS, MMCS etc.
Provide level 1 support two various channel partners in Eastern Region to resolve installation and service related issues at the earliest.
Implementation of five nos. of networked EPABXs for Metrorailway, Kolkata at five different locations. These five systems are connected to each other in a star kind of topology where Metrobhavan is being the centre of the star. CORNET, proprietary networking protocol of Siemens, is enabling the users to avail full feature transparency between all of these systems.
Successfully installed HiPath Procenter ver. 7.0 along with HiPath 4000 ver. 2.0 EF at SISL, Kolkata. Which is the BPO for Siemens Enterprise Communications, Germany & UK. The local switch (HiPath 4000) is tied with remote Switches (HiPath 4000) at Germany and UK via IPLC.
VoIP implementation for TIL, Kolkata to enable the customer to connect their different locations over IP leased line. In this project three Siemens EPABXs installed at three major locations viz. Taratala, Kamarhati and Shahibabad and they are connected via IP leased line by IP Trunking. At other 18 small locations IP Phones are deployed which are registered at the EPABX of Taratala.
Implementation of Contact Centre with Siemens' Soft Voice Platform and Cantact Centre Solution.

Installed and maintained EPABXs like BPL Sigma INDX, Harris Communication Sigma HBX, Alcatel ADX & P30X, Toshiba DKX, BPL make Cybercom Series PCs, TeleBilling Software by Cube Software and Power Connect Voice Mail by Amdale Software Technologies.
Posted at Service Office in Guwahati as a Group Leader to provide service to Defense Customers e.g. Signal Corps of Indian Army, Indian Air force, BSF and Assam Rifles.
Installed, commissioned and maintained PMS (Property Management System), TBS (Telephone Billing Software), VM (Voice mail System), at various location of Eastern and North – Eastern Region.
