2007 - 2010Developed and managed a wide range of marketing tools, including activations, branding, promotional materials, events and exhibitions & press meets. Defined and implemented product marketing collaterals, creative, publicity programmes and analyses. Provided leadership and direction to marketing associates to guide the creation of marketing materials and ensure congruence with objectives.
Responsibilities:
Planning, Implementation & co-ordination of all ATL/BTL activities in Maharashtra, Gujarat & Goa. This includes media planning for newspaper advertising, events/ promotions, exhibitions, mall activations, product launches, press conferences, distributor & dealer meets, merchandising, alliances & tie ups.
Management & allocation of monthly marketing budgets as per plan & requirements.
Planned implemented & maintained various branding activations for Dish TV. Have successfully covered more than 5000 retails counters in hard & soft branding.

Planning & implementation of marketing initiatives for ‘Reliance Netconnect’ involving product shoots, creative, hard & soft branding at Reliance Stores.
Member of the launch team for Reliance ‘Blue Magic’ (Now BIG TV). The work involved, market study, preparing the marketing handbook which involved the various plans pre & post launch.
2004 - 2006Worked and assisted in brand activations, events, tie-ups and communication programs for the brand. Used an integrated approach to create marketing programs for verticals to build their product and businesses. Fulfilment of marketing requirements by the various verticals for launch, promotion and enhancement of products and services while providing direct support to the Marketing Manager.

For Yellow Pages & Exporters Pages, work involved negotiations with existing clients for procuring orders for yellow page advertisements. Identifying & developing new clientele.
Special Interest Publications Division:
For Better Photography & Search, was primarily in charge of advertising revenue & sales of the magazine in Pune. Also took care of promoting, vendor management in Pune & distribution of the magazine for Pune/ROM with IBH.
