• Done Project Management of UTStarcom ALL IP CDMA 2000 1X Network Deployment, Phase I & II Expansion Project. Elements included MSC, SGW, HLR, OMC, MRF, Tandem, AAA, IMG, MGW, PDSN, Cisco Firewall, Routers, BSC, BTS, with Satellite, IP, and OF Links.
• Done complete Project Management in all Process groups (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) and in all areas (Delivery, Scope, Resource, Time, Finance, Quality, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Logistics, Change, Issue, General, and Application area specific, and Technical).

• Phase II (USD3.5 million) UTStarcom Movicel Angola All IP CDMA Network Rollout Project.
o 27 New BTS sites (18 New Racks and 9 Racks Relocations) Commissioning, RF Optimization and Acceptance. Core Systems upgrade (Add New MSC, IMG5000, 2 X PDSN, Signaling Server, HLR, Tandem Server LAND-A, STP SSVR-A, IMG Relocation, MSC relocation, Add OMC to remote MSC, Add Cisco routers 2851, 3845, 7204) Installation, Commissioning and Acceptance.
• Phase I (USD8.3 million) UTStarcom Movicel Angola All IP CDMA Network Rollout Project.
o Core MSC equipments are MSC, SGW, HLR, OMC, MRF, AAA (all Sun Servers – Netra 440, 240), IMG 5000 MGW (PSTN Connectivity), TC1000 PDSN, Cisco PIX 515E Firewall, and Cisco 6509 Core Site Router. There are 4 Remote MSCs (with TC800 PDSN) and 4 Remote IMGs (PSTN Connectivity) connected to Core MSC via Satellite Link using Cisco 3745 router at RMSC side. BSS (BSC (Sun Servers) and BTS 1FA, 2FA, 3FA) are connected to Remote MSCs / IMGs via MW or OF or IP. Some BSS are connected directly to Core MSC via Satellite Link using Cisco 2691 router.

• Handled the Project Management of Nortel Reliance SDH & DWDM Installation, Motorola TTL CDMA Installation, Alcatel TTL SDH Installation, Alcatel BSNL GSM Installation, Nortel Reliance CDMA Installation, Tellabs Bharti DWDM Installation & Commissioning.
