Acrobat Reader 8.0, 9.0, Acrobat Writer, Microsoft
Office 2003, 2007, 2010, WinZip etc. Trouble shooting
for Queries related to system hardware and software’s.
Domain Control : Creating new users using Active Directory and maintaining
User Accounts and resolve issues like password locked
out, password reset etc.Adding new system’s to Network
Domain. Well versed with handling Domain
Adding Issues in Windows Vista and Windows7.
Network Administration:Attending calls related to Internet like Site not
Opening, Page cannot be viewed
completely, Local Area Connection (LAN),
Wireless Connectivity, Domain issues, Network Printer
Configuration and Resolving Printing Problems, Mapping
of Network Drives and Check issues Related to Connection
of Network Drives. I was responsible for providing
rights To users for Accessing shared folders on common
network drives. Installation and Trouble Shooting of
Antivirus Tools like Symantec and Norton Internet
Security. Activation and Configuration of Airtel,
Vodafone, Reliance Data Cards and
Troubleshooting queries related to Internet Connectivity
through Data Card.
Application Handling : Well versed for using Dame Ware tool, Team viewer, Net
Meeting and Remote Desktop
