Personal / referral network ability.
?Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.
?Managing resume data bank, tracking and negotiating skills.
? Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social networks,
head hunting and advertisement.
?Effective in building positive relationships with personnel at all levels within the
company
