• Travel to France to take part in seminars about India organized by Chambers of Commerce : presentation about India, individual meetings with French companies

• Creation and management of the content of the new IFCCI’s website ( www.ifcci.org.in )
• Publication manager and editor of the new bimonthly IFCCI’s newsletter and monthly electronic newsletter
• Conception of IFCCI’s brochure
• Representation of the Chamber and promotion of its activities in various events and tradeshows.

Administration
• Development or work process
• Identification of external sub-contractors and partners to extend the IFCCI’s range of services: consultants, real-estate agencies, HR firms, accountants, tradeshows organizers, due diligence services providers.
• Development of partnerships with Chambers of Commerce in France, professional organizations and embassies

Human Resources
• Management of IFCCI junior consultants.
• Creation and management of IFCCI’s employment service

September 2006 - December 2007 - Paris

• Finding sponsors for the 100th anniversary gala dinner (K€ 33,5 raised) : creation of databases, conception of the sponsorship program ; identification of long-term partners for UCCIFE and of advertisers for UCCIFE’s website and directory.

• Organization of the conference and gala dinner for the 100th anniversary (approximately 350 people attending for each event): logistic matters, communication, press releases.

• Creation of UCCIFE communication material in cooperation with a design agency: brochure, posters, 100th anniversary magazine, new UCCIFE logo, 100th anniversary logo, 100th anniversary website, video to promote the network of Chambers abroad and their activities.

January 2006 - June 2006 - Paris

• Finding new clients: phone prospecting, meeting and quotations.

• Finding sponsors for current clients; bequest development program

• Realization of brochure, qualitative interviews.

September 2004 - July 2005 - Sydney / Australia

Trade Assistant:

• Answering trade inquiries from French companies, providing them with a range of services from general information (customs, quarantine, labelling…) to market surveys or finding distributors/clients for them.

• Taking part in the organization of trade missions in Australia for French Chambers of Commerce. (organization of the schedule and meetings for French officials)

• Organisation of “les Journées Saveurs de France”, event introducing French food products to Australian distributors and importers. Responsible for the organisation from the promotion of the event and the search for Australian distributors to the final liaison with French companies.


Event Assistant:

• Organisation of the annual golf tournament of the FACCI (68 participants, 22 sponsors, € 5500 profit) : development of the sponsorship program, promotion through FACCI members, schedule of the day, management of the budget.
