Adani Wilmar is having the annual turnover of more than 25000 Crores. We Have Solvent Extraction Plant of soya bean consisting - 600 ton per day S.E.P. & 100 Ton per day Refinery. We manufacture India’s Famous Edible soya oil brand ‘FORTUNE’. Going to Expand our operation by 1000 Ton/day S.E.P & 150 Ton/day refinery. Proficiency in MM Module of SAP.
Work Profile: -
Monitoring overall electrical activities in plant
? Maintenance & Operation of 33 KV/0.433 Switchyard, 1500 KVA x 2 Nos. Transformers, H.T., L.T. Panels and PDB’s in plant.
? Maintenance & Operation of 1250 KVA & 200 KVA D.G. sets
? To implement, plan & monitoring electrical Preventive, Breakdown, Schedule Maintenance of Prep, SEP, Refinery, Packing & all Production Machines & Boiler, Pump House, R.O., Water Softener, Fire Hydrant system, air compressors & all utilities.
? Proper utilization of manpower. Motivating workmen & enhance the working of existing manpower.
? Liasioning & Follow up with Govt. Departments & authorities.
? Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Operation expenditures and work within the budget.
? Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills and productivity.
? Working & planning for Energy Conservation by new developments, automation, improvements, savings, modifications etc. Working on SAP.
? Forecasting the Maintenance Budget for the section based on the consumption of previous years & critical high value parts required for the coming year.

Achievements:-
? It Was Sick & Old Unit purchased by Adani Group. Condition of Electrical Infrastructure was worst at the time of joining. By Innovative & cost efficient Planning’s, I have upgraded the electrical systems for H.T., L.T. substation, machineries, lighting & utilities with in 6 month time.
? Energy Saving Approx 900 Units per day in Production Machines, Utilities & Lighting by the installation & replacement of EFF1 Motors, VFD’s, Latest Energy Saving Lights, improving power factor.
