? Recruitment / Manpower Planning -
• Hard core recruitment experience at all levels through Various Sources of Recruitment i.e. through Job Portals/ Advertisement & Job Postings/ Employee Referral/Placement consultants and Walk- in recruitments.
• Identifying manpower requirements, maintaining employee cost by recruiting the candidates of various skill sets at all levels as per the project specifications and budgeting.
• Monitoring / conducting initial telephonic interview (to check technical skills, project experience, availability, communication skills, etc) for hiring.
? Events & Programmes:
• Responsible for organizing various events & programmes in organization like Daily meetings,Annual business meeting, Customers meet women's Day, Dashera Festivals, Safety week etc.

• Responsible for designing of the monthly magazine ‘The Woman’ to be published in the time being.

• Training Needs Identification - Identifying the training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions, analysing existing level of competencies of individuals and identifying the gaps in skills.
