1. Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.
2. Screens applications and schedules/conducts individual and group interviews as required by recruitment needs
3. Conducts initial screening interview and assists in follow-up interviews
4. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
5. Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates.
6. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
7. Establish relationships with clients in specified region.
8. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
9. Prepare and maintain employment records.
10. Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
11. Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed upon goals.
12. Create contacts within industry.
13. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
14. Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
15. Write complete and detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
16. Prepares candidates for interviewing with [COMPANY NAME] and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background & job descriptions.
17. Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
18. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and searches
