• Recruiting IT,pharma,medical professionals for contract opportunities using various web sites such as Monster, Dice, Hot Jobs, and Career Builder etc. as well as from our database of candidates.
Extensive passive research for the job job seekers.
• Interviewing candidates over the phone and completing references checks.
• Preparing and submitting resumes for clients job requirements.
• Following up with Sr. Manager to arrange interviews and maintaining contact with them after candidates were hired to ensure client satisfaction.

• I marketed and acquired job requisitions without the guidance of Management. Forged relationships with vendors who utilized me as their sole contact for job requests. On a daily basis I utilized Monster, Career Builder, and Dice and all possible passive searches to find qualified candidates. Called prospective candidates and provided the initial phone screen. Submitted those candidates to my clients for review. Set up and did follow up on interviews
