Effectively planning and identifying sources (like Job portal, References and Head Hunting etc.) to close the requirements at various levels before the deadlines
Identify and network with key clients
Ensuring the right match between candidate and client’s requirement.
Conducting Preliminary Interviews and Coordinating with the clients for Interviews
Coordinating and liasioning between clients and candidates
Constant follow-up with clients for payments,
Good exposure in recruitment and selection mechanisms of non-technical resources.
Possess strong interaction with people across the organization and possess ability to motivate on person-to-person basis wherever requested
