Currently I am with GK Industrial park, a role to set up state of the art, first of its kind Industrial park , a unique infrastructure facility at Trichy (Fabrication hub of India).I am inviting manufacturing, steel fabrication industries that are in to Energy / Power sector to set up shop.

- Played a vital role in migrating US Driveline process to India Operations to the tune of over ~ $3M value prop business through U.S business visit and MGPP with process partners.- Instrumental in developing a team to support US facilities for Driveline performance and Power train Engines.
- Competently managed business, projects and process supporting engineering F.E analysis, drive-line and engine performance function with a team of 19 engineers, supporting US facilities.
Responsible for overall operation, marketing, administration and project execution.
2007 - 2008Responsible for project management function for CAE, CAD, CFD and NPD domain supporting US, European clients in terms of delivery, process, quality and procedures.
Implemented Salesforce and On-demand tools for managing marketing function. Responsible for bringing in market based compensation and other HR initiatives.
