• Leadership & coach role for a FEA analysis & performance team of 19 plus 6- sigma project sponsorship & green belt role in bringing in key process improvement initiatives and migrations.
• Technical design lead role for automotive engine component & system design, Diesel engine & vehicle cycle simulation, test optimization role apart from sheet metal fabrication, process & production role.
Currently I am with GK Industrial park, a role to set up state of the art, first of its kind Industrial park , a unique infrastructure facility at Trichy (Fabrication hub of India).I am inviting manufacturing, steel fabrication industries that are in to Energy / Power sector to set up shop.

- Competently managed business, projects and process supporting engineering F.E analysis, drive-line and engine performance function with a team of 19 engineers, supporting US facilities.
