- As a Freelancing Management Consultant:

I am based in India and I do have International Solutions Selling, Procurement, Collaboration , Joint Venture formation experiences.

As a Management Consultant, I focus on

a] Facilitating companies to set up operations - Strategy, Business Plan, Operations

b] Strategic Investments - in select countries and select industry segments and

c] Business Performance Analysis and Improvements - based on my patented software and copyrighted methodology, I can analyze any company's operational performance - as areas being done well, as areas needing improvements and as areas needing course correction of what I call as 'Knee-Jerk' reactions and facilitate the organization to realize noticeable improvements

- As an Entrepreneur currently I do have two focused ventures - would have more as I go along

a] Digital Nervous Systems and Technologies: Focus on rendering conventional PowerPoint or similar presentations into high resolution photo slides, playable on mobile devices or on large screens like LCD / Plasma. Product brochures, corporate presentations and the like can be easily promoted across multiple platforms and to REACH OUT

b] Knowledge Campus research & Consulting Services: Leveraging the Knowledge Base India offers. Current focus - Legal Process Outsourcing, Contract Management Services - would be expanding portfolio of services to other areas

- As a Knowledge Sharer

Very focused on sharing knowledge, I allocate about 30 % to 40% of my time for this. Have many blogs, active in many social and business networking sites

- One more dimension I would add, in the near future, is as a Social Service person
