My duties included :

• Monitor and control staff on floor.
• Preparing monthly roster for 110 CSE's for 28 diffrent projects.
• Monitor MIS reports.
• Preparing Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for clients.
• Conducting induction sessions for new employees.
• Screening and interviewing candidates for open positions in operations.
