Role and Responsibilities:
Project Conceptualisation and Marketing
• Utilise the business network and identify potential clients/deals/ projects.
• Interact with potential clients, convince on the business capabilities of Feedback Ventures and acquire deals.
• Work with clients and conceptualise large infrastructure projects, help client make investment decisions by advising them on risk return proposition with outstanding quantitative analysis of markets and profitability.
• Generate financial models (cash flow, NPV, IRR), conduct detailed risk analysis, boost client confidence on project viability and earn their confidence and financial rewards in terms of fees.
• Develop specific projects in IT, Logistic Parks, Highways and Water supply scheme.
Major achievements:
• Generated additional business of 160 Million INR as consultancy fees.
• Identified and acquired two new clients.
• Expended the business geographically.
• Led regional office as the managing consultant.
2005 - 2005Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
• In collaboration with two other architects, developed the Tourism Master Plan for a Dinosaurs Park (like Disney land) for the region’s Tourism Development Corporation in an exotic site where fossils of one of the rare species of Dinosaurs were found.
• Preserved the heritage and identified projects, developed strategies for marketing, convinced and involved private sector in the projects, which in turn increased tourist visits.
Major achievements:
• Developed a master plan and two area plans, accepted and approved by the client.
• Prepared three infrastructure plans, accepted and approved by the client.
2003 - 2005Responsibilities:
Disaster Management and Training
• Seconded to the Rajkot Municipal Corporation, for training and empowering the technical staff to handle changing environment and natural disasters. Succeeded in transferring knowledge and honing skills of different stakeholders.
• Planned, organized, directed “on the job” training, which improved response time and reduced damage.
• Developed, “Key Performance Indicators”, and monitored performance of the participants through training and practise sessions.
Major achievements:
• Successfully achieved the business objectives. Prepared Crisis Management Plan in 8 months.
• Ensured participation from eight important departments in the project.
• Trained more than 45 technical personnel such as engineers, architects.
