Implementation and development of celio in India.
>> 24 stores and 60 Shop in shops.
>> Celio is in the top 5 menswear brands in department stores
Commercial:
• Ensure the brand image respect
• Contribution in the selection of the indian collection
• Visual Merchandising: creation of merchandising plans, control of the VM, control of the allocation of products.
• Elaboration of the Commercial Calendar for India: themes, rhythms, windows, POS, offers.
• Analysis of the performance of the distribution network
• Contribution in the selection of the new stores: location, P&L
• Approval of the stores layouts with the architects
• POS: local development follow up, elaboration of specific POS creations for India.
Supply Chain:
Organising the shipments of imported products from France,
Hong Kong and Bangladesh.
Selection of the forwarder and custom agent.
Supervision of the custom clearance.
Training: Retail seminars. Creation of support tools for sales teams and VM
