I am a engineering graduate from Allahabad university in electronics and telecommunication and joined apex service of Indian railways (government of India)as probationary officer (IRSSE-signal engineer) in 1987. I have rich experience in asset management and project management of signalling projects and have worked on various assignments in the divisions including six years as divisional manager (signals & telecom), R&D organisation for developing processor based signalling equipments and train control systems and 4 years on secondment to ATKINS Plc UK.
