Since 2004, Konduco has pioneered international recruitment for multinational companies around the world. In 2008 we set up a Talent Research Centre in New Delhi, which allows us to source more candidates faster, passing on the benefit to our clients which includes time and cost of hire. We offer a suite of RPO solutions that can cater for head hunters and volume recruiters and place staff on site to coordinate hiring and on-boarding if required.
