3. I have formulated HR policy manual , spanning above company's operations at client locations in India and other countries. Experience of work permit co-ordination for Indian engineers for working in USA, UK, Germany, and Japan .

5. For last 2 years, I have succeeded as an independent HR consultant to engineering and design firms affiliated to manufacturing industry. Bagged orders for HR support to major OEM level company.
