Initiated and stabilized processes for Goals & Objectives setting and performance reviews at the leadership level

2001 - 2003Set up Learning & Development processes at the Delhi circle for Bharti Cellular Ltd-Airtel
Formalized the Competency based approach to developmental processes by bringing in Assessment/Development centres, developmental planning , reviews
Optimized the performance management processes/systems through a competency based approach
Completely revamped the New Hire Selection & Training process
Initiated a 'Telecom Engineer Training' program which was a first in the industry and the company to take care of the knowledge/performance gaps
