Also, created a complete range of Commercial Application solutions for the Indian Industry.

Handled a Development team , did Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI. Also worked on Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

Created a Sales Distribution and setup channels across Maharashtra, Gujrat, Hyderabad. Handled all HR and admin related functions, as well as took care of Standard Taxation norms, Sales Tax, Excise atc. Handled Complete Operations, as well as the IT Infrastructure for all locations of the company.
Ran a profitable venture, which grew year on year till i moved back.
