Our organisation is a co-operative our prime objective is rural employment and entrepreneurship generation. Thus we have undertaken projects of primary sector like Floriculture, Agriculture & Aquaculture and vermin compost production in rural area. Since we are upcoming organisation there lots of work to be done as initiative to get the desired results in the rural society.
To accomplish objectives of rural ecological entrepreneurship & employment generation, women empowerment in rural area, motivating utilization of renewable natural resources, framing social co-operation to develop village as unit institution.
2000 - 2003Publication, Associated with launch of GROLIER INTERNATIONAL (P) Ltd. (INDIA) OPERATION in Feb 2000 further transferred to Ludhiana. Since Aug 2000 leading team of 11 Sales Executives, 3 Field Managers and 2 deputy Div. Managers to increase revenue. Developing various sales activities for promotion of Encyclopedias, educational programs and reference materials of GROLIER PUBLICATION. Also conducting mass presentation on "Early Child Development", counseling programs to create market for our publications.
Reporting to sales manager and coordinating with different departments i.e. finance and logistics for management functions.
KEY FUNCTION AREA
· Sales Management :- To optimize revenue for special interests publications, i.e. Disney Children Books, Reference knowledge series and encyclopedias.
· Man Management :- Recruiting, training, leading and motivating team members to achieve preset targets for sales and counseling for early child development.
· Planning :- Budgeting, Projection of sales, (week wise / month wise / area wise) review and corrective plans.
Working since Jun 2008 as manager sales for Bihar and Jharkhand. for dealer distributor network. Specially for the rural marketing and promotion of products to co-operative society.
KEY FUNCTION AREA Sales Management:- To optimize revenue through dealer distributor network sales with renewable source of energy, and promoting rural market through direct and indirect marketing strategy.

Worked in Adventure Tourism as General Manager Operation. at Rishikesh (Uttrakhand), as profit center. basis including Business of travel agents, clients, promotional activities, logistics and management of sales to achieve desired market share. Coordinate for support and technical enhancement, since we are in adventure sports. Managing & developing various activities for promotion of client satisfaction. KEY FUNCTION AREA
· Sales Management:- Handling tour operators and agents as per the time share required and logistical support system at our establishment.
· Service Management:- Motivating team members and providing logistical planning to achieve set/committed service standard for services and various adventure activity.
· Planning:- Budgeting, Projection of sales & logistics, (day wise/ week wise / month wise ) review and corrective plans
