Roles and Responsibilities
• Configuration of Financial module with Sales and Engineering & Purchase for Consolidation and Interfacing Reports.
• Integration of various Approval statuses from all the modules to be implemented and configured to meet day-to-day business transactions.
• Maintain Fiscal year, Vouchers, and Posting master data creation and configuration.
• Establish Accounting connection with respect to ERP application and Tally Software, ensuring transaction entries are recognized and posted.
• Integrate Payment and Receipts to Bank/Cash, and assign the projects to respective Companies.
• Create Tax Master Data and map these taxes to all the modules for transactions.
• Configure Chart of Accounts for all the Projects and Companies as per To-Be requirement.
• Create and configure Bank Reconciliation format to process for accounts executives.
• Modify Cheque format configuration as per Bank Statement conditions.
• Configure Vendor, Customer and tax fields for the end user and business standards.
• Mapping for Expense, Vendors, and Tax Configurations for Expense users. Maintain Narration build up for General Ledgers and classify document types.
• Set Employees Roles and provide work flow for new application roles created.
• Template design and creation for various certifications under accounting transaction.
• Staff end-users to Property, Projects, Rental, and Expense as per roles and designation.
• Coordinate among Internal Depts. and ERP Vendor for swift implementation.
• Train executives and dept. Heads on ERP Application and monitor for efficient usage.
• Update new builds and apply patch to run the application bug free. Validate new mappings in test server and sign off Production Server for smooth operation. Map Vendors, Contractors, Ledgers, Taxes, Material, to respective accounts.

Acquainted with TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management-Smart Stream product), to reduce significant operational risk for hedge fund instruments like Cash, Derivatives, Over the Counter, and Foreign Exchange.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Analysis of Foreign Exchange Trade and Reconcile using TLM. Reconciling the trade flow on T+1 basis between various systems.
• Reconciliation of Cash Trade (Nostros Account), FX Transaction for Hedge Funds.
• Recognize and investigate all the trade discrepancies and recommend suitable Resolution to Account Mangers, Broker.
• Maintain an effective relationship with the clients. Generate quality reports with high standards.
• Provide Training for new recruits on Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Process Domain and Nostros.
• Knowledge of the trading cycle, and the process which includes Instructing and receiving payments, reconciliation, investigation of related breaks.
• Trained in the process of handling settlements and FX (buy and sell of currency) UBS London hedge funds Client.
• Handle weekly control meeting on Settlement Account Report with Line Managers from London.
• Tools - Transaction Lifecycle Management, T24, Excalibur, and Automated Security Instruction.
• Training and auditing the work of trainees, maintaining SLA in all tasks and updating standard operating procedures with changes at regular intervals.
