Mr. Harshvardhan Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has done graduation in commerce from Patkar College, Mumbai University. He also pursued study in Law from K.C. Law college, Mumbai University and did software engineering from Aptech, Mumbai. Besides the formal education have also attended various workshops, part time courses, training sessions on Business Policy & Administration, English literature, development of soft skills, public speaking, etc.

Recently he has joined as CFO of mid-sized organisation and would be responsible for the overall Financial Management.

Previously has worked with RSM Astute Consulting Group, 5th largest Accounting and Management Consulting group in India as DGM - Corporate Strategy. His profile during the 5 years of service with RSM Astute Group included designing Corporate Strategy, preparing companies for IPO / PE, advisory for uplifting Corporate Profile, Research & Publication, Capital Market Advisory, System Development and Process set-up, etc.

With over 15 years of rich experience in this field, Mr. Harshvardhan Kaushik has developed valuable insights into organizational dynamics across the industry segments in designing corporate strategy, corporate brand building, setting-up of systems, capital market research and corporate communications. He has been instrumental in arranging strategic tie-ups at national and international level and in co-ordinating Merger and Acquisition deals. He has special niche over preparing the corporates for Private Equity, IPO, Venture Capital and Foreign Funding.
